Refund policy

Returns and exchanges

Our nail wraps (both gel and polish) can be returned within 30 days of your order delivery date. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, we cannot provide you a refund. To be eligible for a return, the nail wrap must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (unopened in its vacuum seal). It must also be in the original packaging. 

We do not accept returns for any of our liquid polishes, such as our top coat, base coat, and cuticle oil nor do we accept returns for our nail care accessories (nail scissors, cuticle pusher, glass file, etc).

If you purchased a starter kit, the following items are eligible for return per the policies above:

  • Unopened Nail Wraps (in their vacuum seal)

  • Polish Pops Bag

  • Mini Curing Lamp

Gift cards and mystery bundles are exempt from being returned. We require a receipt or proof of purchase included in the return packaging so that we can successfully match your return with your order and provide you a refund.

If a return is initiated outside of the process (such as refusing delivery or mailing product back without contacting us), a $10 restocking fee will be assessed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@polishpops.com.

Order Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please email us at hello@polishpops.com as soon as possible.

To guarantee that your order can be canceled, your cancellation request must be submitted within 1 hour of placing your order.

If your cancellation request is received after the 1-hour window, we will do our best to cancel your order before it is processed or shipped. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order, as it may already be in the fulfillment process or may have shipped.
